Shipping Terms

Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We'll reliably deliver your order to the shipping address you provided in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery is handled by a shipping carrier selected by us.

Shipping Costs

For orders under CHF 200.– shipping charges will apply. The amount of the shipping charges will be displayed in your shopping cart or, at the latest, before you complete your order.

We offer free shipping on orders of CHF 200 or more.

Different shipping costs may apply to items that are particularly bulky, heavy, or require special shipping arrangements. These costs will be displayed for the respective item or before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

Items in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is received.

Delivery times may be longer for items we order for you from the supplier, personalized products, and club and company apparel. Whenever possible, the availability or delivery time is listed with the product.

If there is an unexpected delay in delivery, we will let you know.

Personalized Items and Club Apparel

Products with custom printing, flocking, lettering, or other forms of personalization are made especially for you. As a result, delivery times may be longer than for items in stock.

If your order includes both items that are immediately available and items that need to be personalized or ordered, we will generally ship the entire order together as soon as all items are available.

Partial deliveries

If appropriate, we may split an order into multiple shipments. If partial shipments are necessary due to our inventory availability, no additional shipping charges will be applied.

Pick up at Sport-B

You can also pick up for free at our store in Bütschwil (please note the opening hours):

Damage During Shipping

Please inspect your shipment for any obvious damage caused during shipping upon receipt.

If the package or merchandise arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, send us photos of the damaged packaging and merchandise.

Undeliverable Mail

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of reshipping it.
