Voluntary Return and Exchange Policy

Sport-B Bütschwil GmbH grants individual customers a voluntary right to return items purchased in the online store within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.

Returns

The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt or returned to our store in Bütschwil. You do not need to notify us in advance of the return.

The items must be in perfect, complete, and saleable condition . Inspecting or trying on the merchandise, as would be possible in a retail store, is permitted. In particular, shoes may only be tried on indoors.

If available, items must be returned with their original packaging, labels, accessories, and all included components.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the costs and shipping risk associated with the return.

In the event of an incorrect delivery or defective merchandise, Sport-B Bütschwil GmbH will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

If you return an item in person at our store in Bütschwil, there are no return shipping costs.

Refund

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, the purchase price paid for the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method.

The cost of the original shipment, as well as any costs for additional shipping or services, will not be refunded in the event of a voluntary return.

In the event of an incorrect delivery for which Sport-B is responsible or a valid complaint, the customer’s statutory and contractual claims remain reserved.

Exclusion from the Voluntary Return Policy

The following items, in particular, are excluded from the voluntary return policy:

• items that are custom-made, personalized, or procured according to customer specifications;
• Items that have already been used, worn, washed, soiled, or damaged, provided that such use goes beyond a normal inspection or try-on;
• Items from which labels, seals, or essential components have been removed;
• Goods that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be resold after they have been opened or used;

The exclusion from the voluntary return policy does not affect the rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered goods .
